Start a Tribute Fund

Create a Tribute Fund for yourself or a loved one and help raise money in their honor for LMS research. Give the link to family and friends so they can show their support.  You will receive the names of people who donated to this fund so you can thank them personally. Tribute pages stay active for two years.

Here’s how to start a tribute fund:

1. Follow this link to create an account

2. You will be sent an email with a link after you register.

3. Fill in the information about this special person.

4. Provide a photo.

5. Give out the link to family and friends, or even on social media, to spread the word about the new Tribute Fund.
